How to do Mutation in bihar.

step 1 - fill mutation form . click here for form https://app.box.com/s/axxlroz4s3qymldvopa8
step 2 - give form , photocopy of sale deed , land receipt to RTPS counter and take receipt.
step 3- you will receive one notice copy from police man or by post.
step 4 - according to notice you have to come to circle office with original deed and you have
 to show to circle officer.
step 5- circle officer will put one case and they will give order to rajsaw karamchari with a copy
of PrapTra-II which shows the transfer of land from seller to buyer.
step 6- rajasaw karamchari will give you land revenue receipt with your jamabandi number.
