How to know your land detail in Bihar.
STEP -1 Obtain a map of your village.
For obtain map you should have your Thana number .
For Thana number visit http://gov.bih.nic.in/MVR and in serach window you can see your thana number in red mark.
( Map can be obtained from District collectriate map office ( in local it called NAZART )
( If map is not available in NAZART then go to Bihar government printing press patna

Application submiting time - 10 A.M TO 01 P.M
(monday to friday )
STEP- 2 Know your plot number from map.
STEP -3 Know your KHATA NUMBER using thana number and plot number from KHATIYAN at District record room (ZILA ABHILEKHAGAR ) . if there any problem then give a RTI by post (only registry or speed post ) or in hand .
STEP -4 your land detail is like this
1. THANA NUMBER
2. TAUZI NUMBER ( obtain from khatiyan itself)
3. KHATA NUMBER
4. PLOT NUMBER
5. CHOWHADI ( NORTH OWNER NAME
SOUTH OWNER NAME
EAST OWNER NAME
WEST OWNER NAME)

kya aap mujhe bata sakte hai ki ye plot kab bika hai last time, 1990 se 1997 ke bich me registration hua hai but detail search karne par nahi mil rha hai,
