What is precaution while registering land plot.

These precaution will give you a easy mutation process. 1. Always mention the jamabandi number , receipt number  and date of  land revenue receipt relative to  plot in your Deed paper . 2. Always write the full detail with his voter ID number or UID no.  by which the seller obtained the land. 3.
