What is precaution while registering land plot.

These precaution will give you a easy mutation process.

1. Always mention the jamabandi number , receipt number  and date of  land revenue receipt relative to  plot in your Deed paper .
2. Always write the full detail with his voter ID number or UID no.  by which the seller obtained the land.

3. Always mention the correct type of land  (see more in Khatiyan).

4. check the Minimum land value at http://gov.bih.nic.in and pay registry charge according to them.
