How to search khatiyan and receive a duplicate copy (NAKAL) in bihar

For searching khatiyan and take a duplicate copy.
STEP - 1.  Go to distric office(collectriate).
STEP -  2.  search district record room .
STEP  - 3.  give application form (in local language it called CHIRKUT FORM )

STEP  - 4.  Affix 5 rupees court stamp ticket ( red colour ticket ).
                                                    (obtain from distric court . they will print on your application by                                                                      
                                                     FRANKING MACHINE )
After 1 day
you come with 4 rupees stamp per page and receive your duplicate copy.

For searching khatiyan at record room you should have the following detail of your land .

1. Thana number.
2. khata number.
3. plot number ( khesra number).
4. mauza.

Note:- you can get khatiyan . .
