How to obtain a copy of sell deed of land in Bihar

 STEP -1 Go to District Registry Offices or District Sub-Registry Offices.

 STEP - 3   Submit at counter (LOK SEVAO KA AADHIKAR ) RIGHT TO PUBLIC SERVICE

 STEP - 4   If you don't know the buyers name , volume number (in hindi JILD NO.) , page number , year  of registry , deed no. then first fill  MUAINA / TALASHI form and search your data by year (at least you should  know the year of registry and name of buyers its better for you  ) and write all  data on a plain paper then fill the all three forms.
